My approach to designing and developing online media involves a creative process that begins much the same way that I begin planning a watercolor painting or wood carving project. The main difference with web design is that I go out of my way to look for really talented, creative team members to work with, who can bring a wealth of talent and ideas to the project.

I usually start by gathering the essential ideas and requirements. Team member feedback is crucial at this point. Then I start sketching out the different possibilities, repeatedly layering one idea over another until a pattern of solutions emerge.

If I'm doing my job properly the design starts to define itself, sharpening into a roadmap that leads to a value added, successful media configuration.

The examples that I have provided on this site will demonstrate that implementing a creative design process and engaging a team of really great talent will ensure that real solutions will emerge and that your end product is the best it can be.
